1. General Overview
These general terms and conditions form the fundamental agreement between EBO Computers and Trading ("EBO", "We", "Our") and its clients utilizing Point of Sale (POS) software, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), or customized networking systems.
2. Hardware Licensing & Sales
All hardware integrations sourced from PAR, Elo, and Epson, are subject to vendor-specific warranties. EBO provides comprehensive post-sale support models and maintenance contracts to ensure the operational efficiency of the POS terminals and accessories distributed.
3. Software & Intellectual Property
Custom ERP platforms, digital loyalty software, and integration middleware developed explicitly by EBO remain the property of EBO unless exclusively transitioned under distinct contractual agreements. Client databases utilizing structural components are treated as confidential.
4. Support Limits and Subscriptions
Depending on SLA (Service Level Agreement) tiers, our 24/7 helpdesk may incur active subscription billing. Failures of third-party network outages or unregulated power issues negating Cloud Sync failovers fall under hardware exceptions in standard maintenance policies.
5. Revisions
EBO retains the right to modify these terms without public-facing site notifications. Active commercial clients will be relayed primary SLA agreement changes via verified correspondence modules.
